This little video of Meg Ray's bakery Miette in San Francisco is now my favorite way of passing a few moments with a cup of tea, I find it so calming. Meg's cakes are just stunning and so neat, I think the Miette Bakery book is going to be my next Amazon purchase, got to learn how to make my buttercream icing so glossy.
